Create / Edit an unlimited number of sub-groups for unique areas of your site. Enable sub-group e-mails which may be formatted using Plain Text or HTML. Allows variable placeholders to personalize the email that is dispatched to the sub-group subscriber. WYSIWYG editor loads for simple formatting. Public & Hidden sub-groups supported.

Customize the program from the setup options administration area. Set admin username & password, program addresses, and other controls. Also options for importing and exporting users, customizing program emails that are sent out to account owners and custom field management.

This area also provides code to protect files & folders of your web site.

Adding accounts using existing data takes a few clicks. Select the import format, then paste in your user databse line by line. Select the sub-groups you wish them to belong to and enter an expiration time in number of days, or leave blank for no expiration.

Add up to 20 custom fields, using text, textarea, radio, dropdown and checkbox fields. These custom fields are used to collect additional information from your subscribers. These custom field values/answers can be used in all outgoing emails to give them a personal touch. Sort these fields, make them required, editable, viewable or required by the user. These fields can also be searched via the administration program.

The "register.php" program allows your users to create their account. New registrations can be set by the administrator to be given instant access, approval first by administrator, or the user can activate their account via a "verify" link within an email.

The "control_panel.php" program allows account owners to do several things. Active accounts can login and view/edit/cancel their account. Other functions which help you as the program administrator have a forgotten password or account verification resent to the subscriber.
